Indische Gesellschaft Ulm, Neu-Ulm und Umgebung (IGUNU) e.V. is a non-profit organisation. As you know, we organise many social and cultural meetings and events. During such events we collect the following information from you:
- Information that you provide to us via a contact form or in your emails to us, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc.
- Information you provide when registering for an IGUNU event or meeting.
- The above information is used to communicate with IGUNU members and keep them informed of new events and social gatherings organised by IGUNU.
If you accept these terms and conditions as a registered member of IGUNU, they will apply to all persons covered by your membership type, especially in the case of family membership. If you do not renew your membership for a further period, all your personal information will be deleted.
The personal information you provide will remain secure and confidential. IGUNU will not share your information with other companies/organisations.
IGUNU will use your information to send out newsletters, various programme information, surveys and promotional campaigns in conjunction with its sponsors.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you also agree to the use of photos taken during IGUNU events on IGUNU’s website and social media platforms and other printed material such as brochures etc.
