Celebrated with great enthusiasm across India and by communities worldwide, this festival marks the birth of Ganesha, the elephant-headed deity revered as the god of beginnings and the patron of arts and sciences.

Description
The celebration spans over several days, during which intricately crafted idols of Lord Ganesha are installed in homes, temples, and elaborate public pandals (temporary stages). Devotees gather to offer prayers, perform rituals, and immerse themselves in cultural programs, dances, and songs that honor the deity. The festival is a beautiful expression of devotion, unity, and cultural richness, bringing communities together in shared faith and celebration.
